Sujata has been with Novartis for over 20 years and is a member of the Novartis Global Drug Development Executive Committee since 2019. Sujata is currently the Global Development Unit Head for Global Health (encompassing neglected tropical diseases such as malaria, leishmaniasis, dengue and others) & In-Market Brands (portfolio including Cardio-metabolic, Neuroscience and Pain, Ophthalmology, Transplant and Oncology) serving over 200 million patients worldwide.
Throughout her tenure and across her leadership roles, Sujata has been a champion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
Sujata is also very passionate about growth and development of people and is actively involved in regular mentoring and coaching both professionally and personally.
